Accomodation was perfectly located for the retreat me and my sisters had. It was private. It had all the facilities needed. We had a lovely walk by the country road and also discovered a river. We did not meet staff but was we had prompt responses to messages. We loved it so much we would have to visit again.

Our family enjoyed the short walk to the sea and the amazing seascapes. I can’t say enough about this cottage, it’s charm and the owner’s hospitality. The house had everything needed and is in a great location-just a short walk into town. Clifden and the surrounding area are beautiful with lots to do nearby. It was a lovely stay!

He is so knowledgeable about the area, makes excellent recommendations, and even brought us over a bottle of wine to say Merry Christmas. My stay here was superb- I will be back!

Cleggan Farm Holiday Cottages offers self-catering accommodation on Cleggan Farm, in the Connemara region of County Galway. The property features views of Cleggan Hill, the Twelve Bens mountain range and Cleggan Farm. Free private parking is available on site. Had a wonderful time at this very well-equipped and spacious cottage on a farm with beautiful surroundings. A really lovely place to relax by the coast, very scenic and a great base for sampling all that Connemara has to offer. The hosts, Josephine and Greg are so helpful and welcoming and provided great recommendations on touring and dining locally. We really enjoyed our stay at this property.
