The accomodation was really beautiful and in a quiet place but really close to where we needed to be. It had all the little luxuries of a home from home, dishwasher, washing machine, toiletries, coffee machine, patios with barbecue facilities, wifi and very spacious. The host was very generous and left bread, butter, fresh eggs and tea and coffee for us on arrival. They even baked a delicious apple cake for us. Definitely recommend and will return.

Situated in Clonbrown, in a historic building, 20 km from Kildare Town Heritage Centre, Yellow Stone Farm Lodge is a recently renovated holiday home with a garden and shared lounge. The property features inner courtyard views and is 29 km from The Curragh Racecourse and 30 km from Riverbank Arts Centre. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The property was centrally located close to the super cute town of Edenderry. We rented a car and we were able to visit Cork, Belfast, the Cliffs of Moher, Belfast, and Dublin during our five day stay. The house was on a beautiful piece of land surround by green pastures. It was awesome hearing the sheep and cows every morning and night. The hosts were wonderful and went above and beyond. We loved their two dogs who would welcome us home in the evening after we came back from exploring Ireland. It was a home away from home.

We met the property manager rather than the owner but that was fine; she was very informative and had lots of helpful advice as well as handing off the keys and showing us the ropes. It's quite spacious and well-furnished with a functional kitchen and a bunch of bedrooms and bathrooms. We spent a whole day just walking around the next-door castle grounds and general area. Friendly neighbors, easy to get to, free off-street parking if you rented a vehicle. Served as a "home base" for day trips around Ireland for us. Highly recommend.

A great location, to base ourselves and very accessible to all the areas for our self-drive site seeing. The Townhouse was in walking distance to shops, pubs and historical sites. Ger, our host was fantastic. A very knowledgeable and welcoming person, we were made to feel like family. He went above and beyond to make sure our trip was relaxing for us. Ger sourced various sites and attractions for us to visit. He was in contact with us during our stay giving us updates on places to visit as well as checking on the accommodation to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Banagher is such a beautiful place to visit, and the township members were very welcoming and made us feel as though we belonged there. A place very rich in history.
