I can’t recommend it enough. Grace is such a lovely person; welcoming, helpful, sweet and funny. The breakfast for a start was fantastic - lots of food and it changes a little bit every day. Served on her private porch - a good place to catch up with her and ask questions. She was so helpful with everything. The room was lovely and clean. A big and good bed and there was a lovely outside kitchen which was well-equipped with a cooking top, a grill and a fridge. Such a good spot to end the day. The supermarket was only 600m from the place and there was a restaurant too. We walked to Scopello in the evening which was roughly 2-ish km. We absolutely loved the place and will definitely return at some point. Thanks so much, Grace!

Hidden, special, quiet with a private beach. Easy to access. Comms before and during and after excellent. Fact to face intro and check ups. Property was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. No clutter. Close to shops and restaurants and beaches. Seasoned travellers. One of the loveliest places we've stayed and we'll definitely return .

This villa also has a patio that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We had an amazing week in Scopello. The house "Where the sun rises" was the perfect accommodation for our family in terms of strategic location, security and equipments. We were very close to the sea (2min by car) and the panoramic view is breathtaking, especially the sunrise!! We highly recommend it! Located in Scopello, 700 metres from Cala Mazzo di Sciacca Beach and 31 km from Segesta, Casa vinz offers a garden and air conditioning. This beachfront property offers access to free WiFi and free private parking. Segestan Termal Baths is 18 km from the villa and Grotta Mangiapane is 29 km away. We loved the view from the front patio property. We ate out there a couple of times and it was lovely. We also enjoyed walking into Scopello. We loved visiting the Torre and swimming in the crystal clear water. Unfortunately the nature reserve was closed due to a fire, or we would have spent time there also.

The view is absolutely incredible at all times of day, you have a choice of four tables to sit at, one under shade in the outdoor kitchen perfect for lunch, one outdoors nice for the evening, one under a lovely vanilla tree perfect for morning coffee, and one on the porch which would have been good for a card game if we had got round to using it! Plus you have the sun-loungers by the small pool. Inside is perfectly comfortable and easy to use - we slept well and appreciated items left as pepper, salt, olive oil, toilet paper etc so you don’t have to bring everything for a short stay. Communication was good and we felt very at home.
