The apartment is perfect, completely new, spotlessly clean, with all the facilities you might need. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. The host is extremely kind and welcoming. The location is the best in Catania: when you exit and look to the right, you see the wonderful Piazza Dante, while walking to the left, you reach the most beautiful street in Catania, Via dei Crociferi. Free parking on Via Gesuiti, near the apartment, is a bonus.

All is close and it takes around 8 minutes to get at Duomo cathedral.

The BNB itself was clean, roomy, and located literally in the heart of downtown Catania. Although the apartment was in the middle of downtown, we did not hear the noisiness of the people, traffic, or even activities because you enter a big courtyard and then you enter the actual apartment building and it was on the top floor. 100% would recommend this BNB and host to anyone😊

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. The apartment is perfect, we had an enjoyable stay at Dimore Sangiuliano. The apartment is located in a great spot, central to everything and can walk everywhere from sightseeing to cafes and restaurants. The hosts Marco and Fausto are very kind, both met us to show us around the apartment and hand over the keys. Marco went above and beyond for us when we arrived, took our bags early and also was kind enough to make sure we found a carpark right near the apartment (after having a not so great experience with a parking lot). Highly recommend and we will definitely be back! Thank you M&F!

It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities - airconditioned, Netflix, kitchen, comfortable bed and good towels and blankets. The owner is very hospitable, welcoming, helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place and already planning my next visit.
