This makes the place quiet and relaxing. The view is so scenic that makes you completely unwind and relax. The approach road is a bit tough, but then this is a typical Nuwara Eliya road that leads you to the top of the hill and makes such a difference from other stays.

The property has garden and city views, and is 5.9 km from Gregory Lake. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We really enjoy our stay: it is like the pictures, it was very clean and nice. Staff was very helpful, and got in touch also in advance to know if we need support with our trip. Suggested good place to eat, while our friends in the adjecent villa were able to cook in the equipped kitchen. Good and rich breakfast was served directly into the appartament. Just wished we could stay longer to enjoy more the area!

We were picked up by Arthur (despite a delayed train) and had a short journey back to the homestay. It's in a great location, a short walk into Nuwara Eliya and easy access to Lake Gregory. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed. Arthur was great at helping arrange some laundry for us and giving us tips on the area. We only spent one day there but got a full tour of three different tea plantations and some waterfalls. The breakfasts were traditional Sri Lankan food and both delicious )dahl one day and milk rice the next). It was a great last stop before our holiday came to an end in Sri Lanka!

Rooms at the Langdale Boutique Hotel by Amaya recall the Tea Estate era, with dark wooden flooring and classic furniture. They are fitted with satellite TV, a sofa and a tea maker. A very nice botique hotel which gives you feelings of a home. We have been to many botique hotels, but i think this is one of the best and was best part of our stay in Sri Lanka. Very amazing views of tea garden. The hotel is located in a quiet location and is only 5 minutes away from Nano Oya train station. All facilities were neat and clean. Very nice food and breakfast was amazing. We end up eating dinner there as well. Very nice food. They have a small golf club, a temperature controlled swimming pool, a tennis court. Morning views from dining areas are unbelievable.. A perfect get away for holidays.
