I very much enjoyed the peace and silence of this magical place, surrounded by the jungle and with the sounds of different types of animals. Nanda (who is the manager) was very hospitable and charming to me. Having conversations with him I learned many things from this wonderful country. I got sunburned one day and they gave me aloe vera from their garden and also for a blister on my foot. I was quickly recovered from both things. Thank you Nanda and the other staff for your kindness and generosity. I truly recommend this lovely place.

The decor was thoughtfully designed to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Our room on the 1st floor was huge (Saffron) with an equally huge balcony overlooking the pool/ocean. We had delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners on the terrace. It felt like our own private house at times! The surfing area was just over a 5 min walk up the beach, the main reason for booking in this location, but Villa Saffron certainly didn't disappoint for the non surfing member of our team! Sunil and his team were absolutely amazing in the way they looked after us. Would highly recommend Villa Saffron.

Located in Galle, Villa White Queen Resort & Spa is 2 km from Galle International Cricket Stadium and 3 km from Galle Harbour and Galle Fort National Museum. Unawatuna Beach is a 10-minute drive away while it takes 15 minutes by car to reach Galle Fort. I rarely write reviews but this was genuinely one of the best places I have ever stayed. We stayed in the Deluxe Family Suite with a pool view and it was honestly outstanding and incredible value for money. The room was huge, the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was massive. The team of staff that work there are so friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. Every morning we were served a 4 course breakfast in the villa's beautiful gardens which was the perfect way to start the day. The pool area is also incredibly luxurious and very well maintained. We took a dip after our breakfast on Christmas Day which was great fun! We had 2 lots of room service in the evening and the staff came and fully set a restaurant standard table setting in the bedroom before serving the food and then cleared it all away again as soon as you were done. As I said, this place was just exceptional and I would 100% stay there again!

Adjacent to Unawatuna Beach, Sergent House is set in a boutique villa showcasing colonial architecture and originating in the 1800's. It is a three minute walk to the Unawatuna Beach and a 15 minute drive away from the historic 16th - 17th century Galle Fort. Absolutely beautiful Hotel. I would like this to be my home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in this area.

The air-conditioned villa consists of 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom with free toiletries, a seating area, and a living room. A private entrance leads guests into the villa, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. The property has an outdoor dining area. This was easily one of the nicest stays we had in Sri Lanka (and we been travelling a month). The room is very modern with a great bath and comfy bed. What made the stay better is the host and family, very warm and welcoming. What a lovely family!! ❤️❤️
