They answered and solved everything we needed. (dinner, map, sim card, excursions, transfers ...) The place is very quiet, with little birds singing in the morning, but near the streets, in the medina, with all the mess. And it is very easy to get to the place. We began every day with an excelent breakfast.

Good communication with Mrs. Soraya upon arrival. During our stay Aziz has provided an excellent service. He prepared the breakfast, organised taxis when needed and even on a Sunday he looked for a place to print out our boarding cards.

Villa Al Assala is the perfect choice for a relaxing stay 10 minutes from Marrakech. It boasts a cosy lounge with fireplace and plasma TV and an outdoor swimming pool. This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the desert! Sheltered amongst the palm trees the bijou Villa is cool even when it’s 30 degrees. The pool was cool fresh and big enough for lengths or cooling down sipping wine on the steps. The room was spacious and again cool! Lovely layout of the room and beautifully decorated. Bed was super comfortable and we had a balcony with garden view which was delightful. Breakfast was simple and elegant. Lunch and dinners were high on flavour and the dining area was perfect for a romantic meal for 2. We had just gotten engaged and the hotel made a real effort to make our stay special with a fab room and romantic flower petals on the bed. We got fantastic service but I think that’s standard rather than anything special for us! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We did a couple of tours out to the Atlas Mountains and the desert but really we should have booked an extra day to enjoy the tranquil ambiance and wonderful hospitality from Valentine and her staff.
