Can't say enough about this place. We are a group of 5 who routinely rent out homes for our occasional gatherings around the world and Tree Tops Oasis ranks the highest for us. There was plenty of space in the kitchen for many of us to move around at the same time, which is important since we like to cook. No shortage of appliances and kitchenware. This house is well-designed to accomodate groups with plenty of lounging options both inside and outside. The beds were comfortable, all 3 bathrooms were spacious and again, well designed. There was clearly a great deal of thought that went into the build and layout of this house, as well as to the furniture and decor. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Located just 500m from Russell Wharf and the township, it was an easy walk to the beach and to catch a ferry across to Paihia & Waitangi. The hosts are exceptional and have thought of everything - linen, towels, comfortable beds, a fridge full of condiments, freezer loaded with ice, laundry supplies - you name it, it's there! The views from the balcony are stunning and provide a gorgeous end of the day opportunity to take in a beautiful sunset. Loved our stay!
