Host are helpful to come and assist us when our 4WD could not drive in to the driveway due to the snow. We were allowed to park our SUV on the road. Very nice, comfortable place. We loved the place so much.

The instructions throughout the apartment were easy to understand. The washer and dryer rack were a welcome surprise.

The design, the warmth, the views of lake tekapo, the night sky, the cleanliness, convenience, area, ease of access. It’s huge! 3 bedrooms! We were four but it could have easily fit 8. The rooms were clean and at the level of a hotel. There were mini bags of laundry detergent, make up removing wipes - so many thoughtful little touches that the couple Jen & Hamish set out for their guests. We had NZ staple snack set aside for us upon arrival. Jen and Hamish are the best hosts ever, I actually met them and asked them if they would do another as we just loved the home. It gets booked out fast, so if in tekapo, I wouldn’t wait to book it.
