You wake up with the sunshine flooding your bedroom and you can watch the sunset in front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped,  you can cook,  if you want.  But we accepted the offer from Sultan, the owner, to provide us with breakfast and dinner and were happy with this service. Sultan has been trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was very clean and we did not miss anything. The house does not provide WiFi, but we enjoyed excellent 5G connectivity with a SIM card from Omantel (bought at the airport). We also accepted the offer from Hameed, Sultans brother, to drive us around in his Landcruiser. So we where able to see the Wadi Guhl, which is a exceptional experience. Hameed is a skilled driver and he knows the area very well. He fulfilled all our wishes for fotostops or walks, it was a pleasure to have him as a driver.  The track to the house is a bit rough,  if you come with a sedan, be a bit careful. But the road to the  canyon is Mode bumpy, I definitely recommed a car with some clearence.

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. After a 3 hour hike and dinner was provided and the best food you can have after a hike! We ended the night with an amazing stargazing experience on the rooftop. Highly recommended.

The front yard is big and the gate leads to a beautiful spot to witness the sunset along the canyons. Mr. badr was helpful in responding to our requests. Had a good stay at this property.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hameed’s house. The place is brand new and huge, the bed is super comfortable and there is a huge parking space as well. The location is ideal as it’s only a few kms away from the balcony hike and the wadi damm is only 20min away too. Hameed organized dinner for me, and it was succulent, fish and chicken with rice and some veggies. The place is super safe and quiet at night so had a wonderful night sleep. Don’t miss the sunset just above the house the view is breathtaking.

On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the holiday home's outdoor fireplace. Apartments very clean, perfumed. Good location especially who comes to hikes. View to mountains. Host offers to order breakfast and dinner. We order dinner. It was delivered at the time as agreed. I recommend ordering. The food is home-made, individually for you. Very tasty, varied. There was a lot of food, we felt a little guilty that we couldn't eat it all. The host is very honest. Price for apartments and dinner was very affordable.
