The area is fantastic, the tram stops right across from it, the area is quiet, and the apartments are very spacious. The hot tub was amazing. All facilities were excellent, all high tech gizmos and gadgets, very up to date modern facilties. Beds were super comfy. Ryan is a gentleman and so funny 😁

The convenience of the location and the ease of accessing the room without requiring assistance from a receptionist were notable (all automated). All instructions were provided and straightforward to follow..

The rooms were very clean, we stayed in room 5 which had a double and a single bed which where in separate rooms to the delight of our teenage daughter. Location was great between the tower and the pleasure beach . Staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome .

Really lovely hotel, beautiful furnishings and comfortable bed. Friendly staff, free coffee any time. Our dog loved the beach, he made lots of dog friends (note that dogs aren't allowed on parts of the beach in high season - check signs)
