- Easy to find - The room was relatively clean (but see notes below about the damp and mould in the bathroom) - The toiletries were fine and there were lots of good towels etc - The bed was comfortable - The room was very cheap - I liked the videos with instructions on how to find, how to enter and find the room etc - I liked checking in with no one

Good and clean apartment hotel with necessary amenities…. Comfy bed , very friendly staffs. We stayed for couple of nights and we really had a pleasant stay. The house keeper ( Khush ) was very helpful. She is very exceptional with good guest services. The hotel is in good location, very close to Woverhampton Train, Bus station, and the high street where there are so many restaurants and shops. I will definitely visit again.

Breakfast was acceptable, but the synthetic racket emenating from the loudspeakers was intolerable. A little Mozart or Chopin would have been welcome, and added a touch of class. As matters stood this could have been a Premier Inn, or a Blackpool boarding house. An occasional, genuine smile from staff would be more likely if their senses had not to suffer that interminable noise all day. Also, the environment would be more welcoming to guests without the threat of these 'jungle howls and shreaks'.

We were self-catering but our host kindly provided us with a home-baked granary loaf for our first breakfast. A small query about how to use the kitchen hob was answered immediately. The free WiFi worked well The setting was very peaceful.

If you are used to staying in “chain” hotels like me, please don’t be put off by first impressions when you arrive. This is an Aparthotel in a residential area but my room was spotlessly clean and the location is handy for walking into Wolverhampton. The owner Jay communicates with you very well although the property has no staff on site and entry is fully automated with details being sent to your phone. It all works very well and I had comfortable stay. Thanks again Jay.
