We booked a room last minute (at 1am) for a 4am arrival from an overnight ferry and was surprised and in luck to be kindly greeted upon arrival on the street to make sure we had the right turn to the front door. Exceptional hospitality! It was very very clean apartment. The staff was taking care to clean it every day. Only two minutes on foot from the beach. Kini was the most beautiful village of Syros with nice beach. All was great!

Lovely place, very close to the beach ( 2 min walk), there is a mini market right next door with everything you need. Also the Kini bus station 2 min walk. Agnes was very nice, the building looks great, it was clean, they changed towels and bed linen. We had a great room with a beautful terrace. Overall a very good value for the money, i would go again.

I'm speechless about this apartment, it was super nice and very very clean and the owners are very friendly and good person's they want to help if is needed, about BBQ and others stuff they have everything that you need, is very nice location and also mini market is near and few restaurants also. ❤️👌🇬🇷🇷🇸

This was a very relaxing and wonderful place. Short walk to several restaurants and bars along the ocean. It was exactly what we were looking for. A quiet, non-touristy retreat in the peak of July tourist season. Most of the time we had the entire pool yo ourselves. We recommend renting a car from them as well. Nick picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the ferry port, so the transfers were very smooth. We loved our stay with them!
