I was there with my toddler and a friend, and we were very comfortable in a ground-level room. Street noise was not a problem. Room was modern (but not soulless) with some cute touches, had black-out curtains, and a spacious sleeping and bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Basement level has shared work/living/eating space with fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Cute outdoor space as well in the back. The app used to enter/exit worked perfectly.

The apartment is new, clean and charming. There’s everything to feel comfortable. The location is perfect- just near The vieux port, many restaurants and bars, supermarket and a paid parking.

La Maison Lamartine provides accommodation with free WiFi in Nice city centre, a 5-minute walk away from Nice-Ville Train Station and Jean Médecin Tram Stop. Staff were very friendly and helpful, it was in a great location and the layout of the premises meant it felt like you had your own French apartment.

We also appreciated the indoor parking facilities.

Restaurant downstairs was high standard with charming staff, we ate there three nights. Highly recommended.
