Simonne and Kim are perfect hosts, one immediately feels welcome and at home. The Owly 'Ouse is both comfortable and practical as well as being spotlessly clean and attractively decorated. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. A place one hopes to return to.

The room was cosy and very comfortable. The breakfast was the best we have had in England. The location was fabulous and Penny and Mick were generous and thoughtful hosts.

The place seemed like it should be Italy or somewhere like that...Rustic yet elegant. We seemed to be the only people about on the night of the (self) check-in tho we had a contact person to call and there were other people on the large property I'm sure. It was mysterious and lovely. It is a horse property as well, where people can board their horses and ride in the nearby countryside. The room was in a converted barn and decorated in a colorful, unusual and tasteful way. The good breakfast was in a lovely dining room of the main house.

Clean , modern room . Complementary tea/coffee.. soap / shampoo. Lovely hosts. And a bargain breakfast. Great location for town centre / theater , just a couple of minutes walk away Public Carpark behind with a parking app so easy to top up carparking if needed . Only £13 for 24hrs or free after 6pm until 8am Over all Well worth the money .

I will have to say the best part was meeting Michael and Claire. They are such wonderful couple and amazing hosts. Ask for local recommendations about food, restaurants, ice cream, and places to visit - they always have delightful ones! The place is absolutely stunning! I had an opportunity to stay at the best room. I must say it is rightly named so. With spectacular view and shiny clean, an opportunity to stay at the place is not to be missed. Please do stay at Hall B&B if you are planning a trip to North Devon, you won't regret :)

Very clean and comfortable. lovely couple were there to help with anything and we’re only a message or call away (they brought us an iron and ironing board). They also kindly left tea, biscuits, coffee and milk which was a lovely touch.
