Lucia,the host,was amazing. The ambiance was relaxing and comfortable. It was home from home.The breakfast was nutritious and sufficient (especially the toast). The heated floor in the bathroom was luxuriously pleasing!

Typical breakfast with some variety, possibility to cook & serve my own food, I can use fridge, freezer, microwave & toster. Like the size of the bathrooms, views from windows, rooms & beds are fine. Parking space just in front of the house

The location is 2 minutes from De la Warr Pavilion and beach in Bexhill. Ideal if you are going to an event, or just want a relaxing seaside break. My room was very nicely furnished at the top of the house, large en suite bathroom. Breakfast - excellent menu. I asked for just a continental breakfast and was delighted to have fresh fruit salad, super croissants with cheese, yogurt, and excellent pot of tea. I found the location was ideal, and the guest house very friendly and welcoming.I will definitely stay again when next in Bexhill.

It was like a museum and our grandson was allowed to ring the gong and play the piano. The breakfast was wonderful and the gardens were beautiful. Our hosts were so gracious and gave us lots of info about the place and the area. Loved our stay.
