Dee and Nigel are the perfect hosts. They were so friendly, helpful and attentive. The house was exceptionally clean and tidy. The room and bathroom were just as good. Plus the fact that we had a beautiful view over the Dornoch firth. The breakfast was definitely the best we had during our 10 days in Scotland. Fresh eggs from the hens. Everything was perfect. We stayed at 6 B&Bs during our visit to Scotland. All were good but this was the best and most comfortable. Excellent King-size bed. The only discomfort we experienced (in most of the places we stayed) was the use of a comforter inside a sheet pocket. While this is a great idea, the comforter was too warm and there was no way to adjust it except to throw it off. This resulted in either being hot or cold. All said, a minor complaint.
