Maria was so nice and welcoming! We were able to drop our luggage even though check-in wasn't until later. The room was clean and very comfortable! Breakfast was an extra charge, but well worth it. It was close enough to town that we were able to walk there and up to the castle. Very easy walk to the train station.

My brother and I came to Dover for the weekend in order to visit the famous White Cliffs, and we spent a night at Maison Dieu Guesthouse. We chose this particular guesthouse for its high ratings. Upon arrival, the hosts were very friendly and kindly offered us a cup of tea with biscuits. The room itself had all the amenities we needed, and a table with a kettle and tea/coffee. The heating inside our room worked very well. We had our private bathroom on the same floor, and everything was clean and nicely organised.

Very kind and professionnal hosts. Confortable bed and super clean room. Delicious breakfast. Safe parking. Perfect location 2min walk to the train station. We highly recommend the Norman Guest House, the experience was 120% positive.
