The whole experience was wonderful, we arrived late due to major traffic issues but this was not an issue, the welcome was extremely warm, George and Tessa were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble The room was very clean and tidy The breakfast in Tessa's Tea Room downstairs was fantastic too My Sisters and I had a fabulous stay and we look forward to returning soon

Peter and Karen were so welcoming, we did not feel like we were intruding in somebody else's home which we quite often do in b&b's. Beautiful property, totally relaxing, great breakfast, perfect location, wonderful hosts. Not forgetting Eric of course :) Hope to visit again.

For 3 days I was able to work in a calming environment, where the hosts were serving not only amazing breakfast, but also an atmosphere of kindness and understanding.
