Our hosts were very welcoming ensuring we had everything we needed. The room was immaculate with a divine bathroom. Extremely valuable advice on sights and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was very tasty with a huge selection of food and special gf provided for a celiac. Nothing was too much trouble especially when it came to looking up information about badger watching. They genuinely wanted to make sure we had a great stay.

Fantastic find, Steve your host has perfected what a small B&B should be. Spotlessly clean, great large bathroom with plenty of towels,and a continental style breakfast. The bedroom was a nice size with tea and coffee facilities and a smart TV

The accommodation was beautifully decorated and in a very quiet location. The attention to detail was lovely. The continental breakfast provided was amazing. It took 15 mins to walk into the centre of Lymington so perfect location. Peter gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit.
