Great location for visiting Hampton Court Palace and the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very comfortable with tea, coffee and water, a fridge, hairdryer and a fan for warmer weather. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice all freshly cooked. We would certainly recommend The Kings Arms.

Not sure what all the hate is. Room was clean.. and comfortable. It's a budget place but still had a kettle, tea and coffee with toiletries. Not sure what more you can ask for.

We had a very quick trip to Hampton Court Palace and this was a lovely place to rest for the night. Alex is an extremely charming host and the breakfast was a very nice touch. We loved the homemade bread. She even let us keep our bags there after check out for the day which had been a big worry for us given our late train that evening. Thanks for everything!

Greeted with the smell of Sunday roast, had travelled from Dorset so had not really eaten, was shown to a gorgeous room, coffee machine, fridge with milk, yogurts fruit, bottles of water and orange juice, plus in the morning there is a basket of cereals,miniature croissants with jams and honey brought outside of my room,dinner was roast pork and veg, gravy and apple sauce, I am sorry Mum, but this was the most tenderest pork and best roast dinner of my life! The glass of Malbec wine I had was gorgeous and so was the brandy on the rocks I took to bed with me, thoroughly recommend here, what charming hosts and locals. 🦋
