Rooms very clean. Beds very comfy. Breakfast very tasty, and plenty of it. Owners of the guest house were very friendly, and couldn't do enough for us when we were there, they even popped a candle in my breakfast on my birthday morning. The guest house is also right in town, so very convenient for everything.

Lovely stay, couldn’t of asked for more. No detailed left unturned. Breakfast was delicious, room was extremely clean and smelt wonderful, will come back! Anita and John are great at what they do, friendly helpful and welcoming.

Gorgeous location, staff all very friendly. Would def come back and stay for more than one night. The breakfast was the best breakfast that we’ve had in a veryyyyy long time. The chef and the guy who serviced us this morning were absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable we could have sat and spoke to him all day. Highly recommend.

The friendly staffs were present and available for any assistance needed. It appears the property was recently renovated, so everything is updated. Attention to details in all areas. Breakfast menu is extensive and food was tasty. Very large and comfortable living room area. The bedroom is spacious. Very good location, close to train station, town center and a lot of attractions.

The room had large windows on the ground floor which overlooked a very pretty secluded garden. The Host, Jennie was very friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful little room, perfect for stay in Harrogate. Delicious breakfast. The new owners are renovating the place, you can tell they are putting love into the place.
