The rooms are in a lovely community run pub. The evening meal we had was excellent. A continental breakfast in the room was included and there was plenty of food. You can pay for a full English, but there was no need.

I had not booked an adjoining room but this was offered which was perfect for us (mother and daughter). Food was really good and a nice choice of wines and drinks. Able to book a table in advance online at a time to suit. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. You are able to sit outside your room (in a private shared courtyard) if only the weather had been better. Located on a fairly quiet road and easy to find via satnav.JJacquiFamily with young children

Cooking over a camp fire was great fun make sure you take your lanterns and torches etc for the night! All in all we loved every minute. Henry is a great host we didn't get to meet Rachel on this occasion but will definitely return.

Unfortunately we had to leave very early the next day so were unable to enjoy the breakfast which looked very appealing. The room was set back from the pub and the road which made it private and quiet. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The rooms were separate from the pub in a courtyard and although near a busy road was very quiet. The inside of the pub was lovely and quaint. Susan who waited on was a breath of fresh air and totally made our stay! And her mum waited on at breakfast too and was so lovely. Those are the kinds of staff the pub needs to keep hold of and value. Food was fab - we all had pies which were delicious.
