The breakfasts were excellent and well cooked and presented. The room was plenty big enough and very clean. The car parking facilities were excellent as well! Our hosts, Julie and Jo, were very friendly and helpful, they have a lovely friendly dog named Charlie who also was very welcoming!

Great place to stay. Tobi was very welcoming. My wife really enjoyed the comfortable lounge were she read and relaxed after our days out. The best breakfasts I have ever had, and I do enjoy my full English Breakfasts. Ideal location within very easy walking distance of the train and ferry and also the high street with lots of really good shops and places to eat. Would definitely try to stay there if I was going to the New Forest area again. Lymington is a really wonderful destination with so much to do in the locality.

The accommodation was beautifully decorated and in a very quiet location. The attention to detail was lovely. The continental breakfast provided was amazing. It took 15 mins to walk into the centre of Lymington so perfect location. Peter gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit.
