Perfect location, just a couple of minutes walk from the historic dockyard and nautical attractions, also really close to walk across the road to Gunwharfe Keys, the ferry terminal, bus and train station. Secure parking is such a bonus and it's just a mile from the cross channel ferry terminal. The individual bedrooms are very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The public areas and kitchen are spacious, clean and with high quality furnishings and fittings. I highly recommend it and for me it will be the first place I book for not only an overnight stop but also a longer sightseeing trip. Great value accomodation.

The room was warm, quiet, and clean with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a cheap but decent restaurant attached, and the full English breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and there were CCTV cameras watching over the large attached car park.
