Extremely hospitable and welcoming host! Very spacious and room in an excellent location. It was clean, the beds were huge, as was the TV! Fans were available too which was a nice bonus! I will definitely be back!

Made to feel welcome and like coming back home. Rooms spacious and beds comfy. Breakfast was amazing and nothing was a problem. As we left before breakfast on 2nd day they did us a packed lunch.

Our visit was to visit a dying relative in Victoria hospital. David accommodated a late check in, advised us on parking, assisted us with our luggage. He couldn’t have been more helpful. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed, comfortable, cosy, clean. Tea and coffee in our room slippers robes provided.Breakfast was lovely well presented and cooked to perfection. Our stay wasn’t a social occasion but would highly recommend, close to the tram and bus service and local amenities. Thank you David and Julie you helped us at a very difficult time.
