I’m a returning guest. Linden Tree were the only ones to accommodate me during the first lockdown. Very pleased to be back as I know they are popular. I had a different room this time. A warm welcome, shown around. Place was spotlessly clean and has everything required for a comfy stay. It’s a really homely apartment. I slept really well. As long as I keep getting the work nearby, I’ll keep returning.

Everything! Sue is very kind and hospitable! The room and adjoining dressing room and bath were nicely furnished/equipped, including an electric kettle with various hot drink options. Breakfast was exceptional! Lots of choices! Yum! The property is picturesque, and the chirping birds really add to the natural ambiance. Just lovely!

We had another very enjoyable stay at the Carpenters Arms. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was of a very high quality and the service good. We look forward to staying at the Carpenters Arms in the future.

Breakfast was restaurant quality cooked full English or vegetarian.Free and served with class and a smile. Staff super friendly. Funny and helpful. Location amazing and very inexpensive.
