Boasting a garden and a restaurant, Castle Inn is situated in Lydford. Guests can have a drink at the bar. All rooms in the inn are fitted with a flat-screen TV. We booked an overnight stay last minute. Excellent location to visit Lydford Gorge, also the old church and cemetary next door are worthwhile visiting. Very cozy room! We extremely enjoyed being offered fresh milk for the afternoon tea upon arrival and finding a milk bottle in front of our room the next the morning. This was unique for all the places we stayed at. The restaurant offers tables inside and outside, even though strongly recommended we had not reserved a table for dinner, but it was made possible for us to eat at the restaurant. Good quality food! Worth the price.

Featuring a bar and restaurant, The Ferry House Inn is situated on the Devon and Cornwall border. It offers free WiFi and rooms with views over the Tamar River and the Royal Albert Bridge. I'd reserve dinner next time as the restaurant was fully booked until too late for us to eat, shame. Breakfast was amazing. The situation of the inn is superb, I didn't expect the view and it really made the stay something special. Very friendly staff.

Offering a garden and garden view, Westley B&B is situated in Uplyme, 2.8 km from Lyme Regis Front Beach and 14 km from Golden Cap. It was a clean, cozy b&b! Very close to the bus stop and there was a nearby pub. The buses were down for the bank holiday, so we walked to and from Lyme Regis via a beautiful river path.

Offering a garden and garden view, Corndonford farm is situated in Newton Abbot, 27 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse and 44 km from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium. A very war welcome. Everything had been thought of. We were even invited to share their fireside with a whisky to enjoy the rugby.. Lovely help yourself breakfast and an incredible locaion

Located within 44 km of Newton Abbot Racecourse and 11 km of Marsh Mills in Plymouth, Rural Retreat in Devon provides accommodation with seating area. Lovely quiet location surprisingly easy to find and it felt.very secure. The room was perfect for us and our two spaniels and it was lovely to have a kitchen right next door so we could make breakfast and tea in the morning. There was bread, yogurts and jams left out for us and coffee pods in the room so we couldn't have asked for more for an overnight stay. Having easy access straight out onto the grassed area in the morning was perfect for the dogs and both owners were lovely and friendly when we met them. Definitely will return when visiting the moors or the zoo which was just down the road. Thank you too Debbie for posting hubby's jumper back. You're a super host 😁.

Located in Plymouth, The Ivy Barn Holbeton is a recently renovated accommodation, 44 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse and 17 km from Marsh Mills. A very cozy hotel in a picturesque little town. The hotel was in a very new and freshly renovated condition. The room was very clean and the box spring bed was very comfortable. The owners put a lot of thought into the room equipment, we had almost everything you could ask for: Bathrobes, shampoo, shower gel and hand cream, fresh milk in the fridge as well as a selection of different teas and coffee, cereals, dishes and cutlery, smart TV with internet. There was a very amazing breakfast which was brought directly to our room. Highly recommended!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Gresham Court features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Russell was a wonderful host. The rooms were beautiful with all the extra amenities anyone could need. Breakfast was delicious and served in the beautiful dining room.
