It was one of the best breakfasts we ever enjoyed in our travels. The location is right on the tram's path and very close to the city center. Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

It was simply amazing. I loved my room ,the fresh and delicious breakfast, the owner are very kind and helpful. I felt that I am a family member. The location is very good , the guesthouse is in a nice quite street, and we can reach the famous touristic places by public transport easily . I am sure that I will choose the guesthouse again.

Elizabeth was such a great host, and went out of her way to make sure I had a smooth check-in at a late time. She also helped organize my taxi at checkout. The room and all the amenities were perfect and I loved the coziness of the entire place. Not to mention, the Scottish breakfast Elizabeth made was one of my favorite breakfasts I've had! Highly recommend staying here for a friendly and genuine experience in Scotland.
