George Inn adalah penginapan abad ke-14 dan Plaine adalah bangunan abad ke-16 yang terletak tepat di seberang The George, terletak di Norton Saint Philip. So much character in this idyllic setting! It is an old inn, so there is no air conditioning, but we had a fan and two windows so we could create a breeze in our room. The food was outstanding and the service beyond reproach. Lola made our visit extremely enjoyable; she was attentive and really enhanced our experience. The gardens are lovely, as is the walk to the old church yard.

I took all my meals there - lunch, dinner and breakfast, all good. My friends tell me they serve excellent beer but I don't drink! Not difficult to find and plenty of parking. Good value.

Bower Inn adalah sebuah bangunan abad ke-18, terletak tak jauh dari jalan raya M5 dan 3,2 km dari pusat kota Bridgwater. The Bower Inn is a lovely friendly well located pub. The facilities are excellent and the staff are all very friendly and so helpful. They can’t do enough for you. Plus they love our dog - Dudley.

A place to unwind with a beautiful view, as the name of the accommodation also suggests, a little hideaway. Everything I needed was present, a comfortable warm bed, big cups of tea, silence, privacy and the owner's helpfulness when I needed it. I felt at home, it's definitely my favourite place when I'm in Glastonbury. Everything is nearby for sightseeing and to experience.

Comfortable bed, cooking place, fridge… Lyn recommended us a few good places to go out and have diner, within walking distance. We would really come back once. We absolutely loved everything! Since the first moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed by Mathew, we felt at home. The potting shed is so lovely decorated, and it had everything we needed for a cozy stay. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, and the view of the room is so nice. I felt o could live there :) .. To finish our wonderful stay, breakfast was DELICIOUS!!! From homemade bread, to homemade muesli cereal!! And healthy salmon, eggs and fresh spinach from the garden!!! Mathew asked us if we wanted salmon or bacon, I felt this was very special that we could choose. The table was so beautiful decorated, even with a candle and a peaceful view to the garden. We enjoyed EVERYTHING! Also, we had great conversations and left full hearted! RECOMMEND 100 % and we’ll stay again if we come by in the future! Thank you, Mathew
