The George Inn is a 14th century inn and Plaine is a 16th century building located immediately opposite The George, situated in Norton Saint Philip. So much character in this idyllic setting! It is an old inn, so there is no air conditioning, but we had a fan and two windows so we could create a breeze in our room. The food was outstanding and the service beyond reproach. Lola made our visit extremely enjoyable; she was attentive and really enhanced our experience. The gardens are lovely, as is the walk to the old church yard.

The Bower Inn is an 18th-century building, located just off the M5 motorway and 2 miles from Bridgwater town centre. It offers stylish rooms with luxury bathrooms and delicious homemade food. The Bower Inn is a lovely friendly well located pub. The facilities are excellent and the staff are all very friendly and so helpful. They can’t do enough for you. Plus they love our dog - Dudley.

Lovely super clean and cosy room with TV, private bathroom and a private terrace close to the city center in a quiet neighborhood.You can really come and go at your convenience as the little studio has his private entrance. There is everything you want : a little fridge, kettle, even some coffee/ tea, biscuits and 2 little jars of milk ( sweet ), hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, UK plug adapter for your phone etc... I highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Everything was thought of … gorgeous home made cake on arrival and delicious home made breakfast bap …. Highly recommend … comfy bed and very cute annex with smart tv … really enjoyed our stay.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Maplestone is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Shepton Mallet, 29 km from Bath Spa Train Station. Wow! What a fantastic B&B! The furnishings and decor were top notch, super comfy beds, and the garden patio area was absolutely gorgeous! Alan was a superb host - we enjoyed our visit with him very much! He recommended a great Indian restaurant that was a short walk away, and the food there was delicious! Alan had a wonderful breakfast in the morning for us. Overall we were delighted with our stay. We wished we could have stayed for another night!

Greenlands Guest House, a property with a garden, is situated in Highbridge, 47 km from Ashton Court, 47 km from Bristol Zoo Gardens, as well as 48 km from Bristol Cathedral. Boasting garden views, The Potting Shed, self contained, detached retreat in Shapwick village offers accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around 44 km from Ashton Court. We absolutely loved everything! Since the first moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed by Mathew, we felt at home. The potting shed is so lovely decorated, and it had everything we needed for a cozy stay. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, and the view of the room is so nice. I felt o could live there :) .. To finish our wonderful stay, breakfast was DELICIOUS!!! From homemade bread, to homemade muesli cereal!! And healthy salmon, eggs and fresh spinach from the garden!!! Mathew asked us if we wanted salmon or bacon, I felt this was very special that we could choose. The table was so beautiful decorated, even with a candle and a peaceful view to the garden. We enjoyed EVERYTHING! Also, we had great conversations and left full hearted! RECOMMEND 100 % and we’ll stay again if we come by in the future! Thank you, Mathew
