From the moment we arrived to be greeted with home baked flapjacks we knew we were in for a treat. Fantastic stay with lovely hosts and the best breakfast of our entire holiday. The Sutherland Arms, a property with a bar, is situated in Stoke on Trent, 36 km from Capesthorne Hall, 38 km from Buxton Opera House, as well as 49 km from Chillington Hall. Great hosts! Very friendly, helpful & just genuinely nice. The room was large, comfortable, good shower/water pressure. Perfect! The pub downstairs is really nice & has a great homely feel about it. Great beer too! Can't wait to stay again.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, High View Cottage is situated in Uttoxeter, 17 km from Alton Towers and 29 km from Trentham Gardens. What a fantastic place!? A beautiful location in the Staffordshire countryside. The property itself has been set up wonderfully, with an outside sitting area and beautiful surrounding gardens. It is only a 15 min drive to Alton Towers, which is why we went, but it was a lovely place to stay. The fan was a great extra touch because when we stayed, it was 30 degrees that day! A great breakfast in the morning too.

Set in Uttoxeter and only 15 km from Alton Towers, 24 Fairfield Road offers accommodation with quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, it's 5 minutes walk to the town center. We stayed here to attend Uttoxeter races, this is within walking distance. The room is very nice, it has a big ensuite and everything you need (home from home). Also as an extra bonus to the room.. the bed is really really comfortable. Peter is a great host.
