Room was very modern, clean, warm with nice en suite shower room. Bed very comfortable and TV was nice to watch the rugby World Cup. Nice natural shampoos and body washes. Easy to come and go with front door key. Big modern kitchen with slider doors to garden. Nice breakfast with fruit option. Vanessa the host friendly and helpful.

Situated 18 km from Hedingham Castle, The Foxes Den features accommodation in Assington with access to a hot tub. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. The owners Steve & Vanessa are the best. They are personab;le, caring, easy to talk to, interested in you, etc. Steve is a great cook. The breakfasts & lunches were great. It was an extra special place to stay.

Situated in Westleton, 22 km from Framlingham Castle and 30 km from Bungay Castle, Argyll House Bed and Breakfast features garden views and free WiFi. Westlington is an ideal spot for exploring this part of Suffolk. There is a good pub serving excellent food close by and the B&B is close to RSPB Minsmere, wonderful heathland and the Suffolk coast. Oliver and Kate are excellent hosts who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and have everything you need. There is a choice of freshly cooked breakfasts, all of which are excellent.

The Garden Room is located in Leiston. This bed and breakfast features a garden. The bed and breakfast comes with a flat-screen TV. A Full English/Irish breakfast is served daily at the property. The host prepared breakfast included with the room which was quite good. The nicest people you could ever meet including Milly their dog.

The Angel Inn, a property with a garden and a bar, is located in Wangford, 22 km from Bungay Castle, 31 km from Framlingham Castle, as well as 40 km from Caister Castle & Motor Museum. Fantastic staff- nothing was too much trouble for any of them and we spoke to at least 5 different staff. They were very cheerful and seemed genuinely to enjoy working there and to take a pride in their work.

A lovely b and b in ideal location for visiting the coast and nature reserve. Superb breakfast with a wide variety of homemade jam, marmalade, honey and fresh eggs.

Situated in Bradfield Combust , 9 km from Bury Saint Edmunds, Church Farm B&B Suffolk features a garden and free WiFi. Everything was perfect. This is the best B&B I have stayed in - without a doubt! Ruth and Paul were wonderful hosts, the breakfasts were wonderful, the location quiet and rural despite close to a busy road. There were many thoughtful touches and the room was magnificent. What more can I say?

Situated near Newmarket, The Courtyard in the village of Dullingham offers accommodation with free WiFi and flat-screen TV, as well as a garden and a shared lounge. The location was not that easy to find but the Owner was very helpful when I phoned her for help in finding The Courtyard. The breakfast was very good.
