Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Albany house provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. EVERYTHING! I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed or wanted was provided for us. Chrissy was a fabulous host. The accommodations were spotless. The pictures did not really do our room justice. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were roomy and so comfortable. Breakfast was a gourmet meal. Each day we were served something different. It was a feast! The location was great. An easy walk to stores, restaurants and buses. Honestly, we hated to leave. You are missing out if you don’t book a stay here.

A cozy, hospitable and very comfortable place, the best of our entire trip to England. Warm, cozy room with soft pillows and blankets. The caring owner and breakfast in the room made it a memorable experience for us.

Calling it a “perfect little bnb” is an understatement. Middle house is amazing and the couple running it are first class….A+++

Mike & Carolyn Ball B&B is located in Coseley, just 3 miles from Dudley and 12 miles from Birmingham. It offers bed and breakfast accommodation, free parking and a garden view. The room was single - but more spacious than I had envisaged. There was plenty of room for my huge suitcase, and rucksack, a comfy armchair, warm radiators, tv, coffee machine, kettle, hotplate, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with a small freezer. There was also an en suite, with some toiletries and towels provided. The fridge was stocked up with items for breakfast, such as ham, cheese, butter, yogurts, fresh orange juice, fresh milk, and there were also a choice cereals on a shelf in the room, and plenty of coffee capsules and teabags and instant coffee and milk sachets too. I had already done a bit of research and there is a small Asda within walking distance (less than half a mile away) and a bus stop (82) that goes between Dudley, via Bilston, to Wolverhampton and visa versa. I was able to borrow my sister's car for my stay, and there was space for 3 cars on the front, so no on street parking required. There is also a chip shop and Chinese takeaway very close by, again less than half a mile away. I had planned to use all these facilities, but in the end my week panned out quite differently. There was also a good wifi connection. The house felt secure and safe, which was important to me as a lone female traveller. Mike and Carolyn were very warm people, and greeted me on day 1, and then checked on me now and again to see if everything was okay.

Situated in the picturesque village of Meriden, Broadwell Guest House offers free WiFi throughout and free onsite parking with CCTV. Excellent location; perfect for the NEC and easy to reach. Breakfast was very good & you could virtually have whatever you liked (Bacon sandwich was a must!). The hospitality of the hosts was second to none; the personal touch really does make a difference. I'd stay here again without hesitation & this is one of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed in.

Dating back to 1890, Elmdon Lodge still retains many original features, and has free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. We loved the room, it was very very clean, and the bathroom very modern. The house has backyard and parking for multiple cars. The guy and his wife Catherine are really great people, they were so nice and very helpful. They served us complimentary fresh coffee with croissant and we enjoyed it at the backyard. We recommend everyone to book at their Lovely lodge. You will never regret it
