The restaurant needs to update the menu to be more descriptive. My wife ordered the Chili Chicken thinking it was coming in a bowl and instead got a Chicken Sandwich with chili on it. This happened to another couple who was there at the same time and we were both not offered the option to reorder despite the confusing menu.

The cottage is super comfortable with gorgeous views of the mountains, loch and if you get lucky like we did, deer. Everything you need to dine in if needed. Lots of streaming services if your in at night which I rarely see at other places I stayed. Kimmy, the host couldn't be more friendly or delightful to deal with. Can't rank these guys highly enough. Best interaction and stay I've had so far in using Booking.com all these years. They're amazing.

Ha, is this a joke!! When you book a place via Bed and Breakfast in the Glencoe area, and then find out that breakfast is not available, I would call that false advertising and I was not happy!!
With dramatic mountain views and a stunning loch-side setting, this family-run hotel offers attractive, individually decorated rooms and beautiful gardens.

A great village to base yourself in.
A great village to base yourself in. Lots of activities on offer to suit all interests and a number of eateries to choose from. You don't need to travel that far to outer lying villages which also have well established set ups for tourists/ visitors.

Ballachulish is a small town in a great location - so much good hiking near by. The best thing about the town itself is the Laroach Restaurant. The dishes were so unusual, interesting, and tasty. Try the sweet potato soup if it is offered.

Annamarie was the perfect hostess - she provided a very warm welcome
Nothing was too much trouble -she provided medicinal aid for my wife
who was recovering from severe case of bronchitis
The B & B is located in the most beautiful surroundings with mountains
and lochs with exceptional views
A short distance up the road is the Glen Coe Visitor Centre which is well
worth a visit....
Recommend a 3 night stay particularly if the weather gods provide
sunny and fine weather

attractive village next to a loch.
attractive village next to a loch. Handy reasonably short drive to Glencoe chairlift.
Good place to stay for winter sports enthusiasts because if the mountain closes for bad weather Ballachulish has some good walks down by the loch and in the woods behind at low altitude so milder and more sheltered from the wind. so there is something to do and enjoy.
Good spar shop to get supplies if you are self catering.

Totally let down on our return visit by their unilateral cancellation of our booking at very short notice and with no real explanation. A subsequent e mail to them offering the opportunity to respond was not answered
My family and I loved the fantastic location which was a great springboard to explore the Glencoe and Ballachulish region.
The bothy itself was a really interesting building and well decorated throughout to provide an authentic Highland experience.
The staff were helpful when we requested firewood which perfected our final night of our short stay and we were equipped with everything we needed to make food in an otherwise remote area of Scotland.
the house and room/bathroom was absolutely terrific. the owners went above and beyond to make us comfortable, inviting us to enjoy their outdoor area, offering us countless refreshments and offering suggestions of nearby restaurants. the hosts even made us breakfast for the road since we couldn’t stay. they also supplied us with water and snacks for the road!
they are lovely people and we would stay again in a heartbeat!
The host was so hospitable. We stopped off on our land's end to John O'Groats cycle and he helped us with everything we needed. He recommended eating spots and had maps to show us good walks and attractions in the area. I cannot stress enough that he made our journey a lot more pleasant, and the room was exactly what we needed in the most stunning location. Thank you!
The atmosphere / vibe of the Inn, the location, the food, the staff, the amazing bar and restaurant out the back. Bonus - it was adults-only. Local musicians came and played for us on the Sunday night which really made our evening. The room was cozy, warm, the beds were really comfortable, and the views outside when you wake up of the mountains are incredible!
everything! it’s an adorable tiny house, making with love! you find everything you need. the bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds we slept in.
the owners (Edyta) is very friendly and also reliable. we got deserved a healthy and delicious basket for breakfast. this accommodation is highly recommended! thanks for this pleasant stay!
Bit difficult to find as set back from the road and not signposted - turn in at the golf course! Big ex hotel undergoing renovation. Location very quiet with big well maintained garden. Room very comfy. Plenty of tea and coffee - and fresh milk. Breakfast is a help yourself affair, which suited me as I was leaving very early.
It is located just by the loch with a great mountain view from the garden. The room was spotlessly clean. WiFi worked well. The host provided helpful information about local restaurants.
Alexander greeted us and helped with our luggage. The accommodation was clean and so beautiful. The gardens were just magical. Everything about Ballachulish House was perfect.
Separate accommodations connected to owners residence. 2-bedroom, 2- bath with kitchen and laundry. beautiful setting and close proximity to the highlights of the Highlands
