This hotel was fantastic! Excellent location a stone's throw away from the beachfront of Seahouses.
The hotel was spotless, and our room was very clean and beautifully decorated, including the bathroom.
Staff were helpful and polite.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious - we loved that you got different options from the menu other than full English - Avocado on toast etc, and the continental selection was great.
The hotel allowed you to use the nearby pool facilities - I think this is fantastic although we didn't have time to use them on our trip - it definitely would persuade us to come back!

Dinner was lovely, good wine selection and the food was delicious. The fish curry and fish and chips were both very nicely prepared and presented. The staff were so attentive and quick. Felt very well looked after.
Breakfast was exceptional, highly recommend the Seahouses kipper!
The room was clean, spacious and inviting, bed was comfortable and we loved the complimentary cake and tipple. Really lovely touches that made our stay very comfortable.

Staff were very helpful at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.
The setting is lovely. I had stayed at the Blue Bell almost thirty years ago, with my family in the annex, so it was great to stay in the main part of the hotel.

Beautiful property with amazing views and a lovely living space.
Bamburgh is charming. The castle dominates and the setting is dramatic. There is a butcher near the hotel who sells pies etc and a restaurant which specialises in seafood albeit at a price. Parking is easy and it's nice to be able to walk to such a pleasant beach even when it's windy and unseasonally cool.

Dominated by the castle, Bamburgh is a lovely piece of Northern English history. The church is hugely historic and well worth a visit, as well as the Grace Darling museum. Good restaurants and pubs and a beach with a view to die for round off the offer - amazing to think all that is packed into a small town.

Bamburgh seems a lovely place but we were surprised that there didn't seem to be a general shop or an obvious one. The range of eating places is not wide and and the ones offered seemed quite expensive. However we decided to eat in the hotel and that turned out to be a good decision.

Great for dogs, lot of dogs staying there and all well behaved and under control.
Nice pet friendly pubs and restaurants.
No late opening shops and very few buses, last bus to and from bamburgh was 19:30 ish, not an easy walk to anywhere else after dark as no street lamps on coast roads.

The Victoria Hotel was brilliant, staff Fantastic, breakfast was included and it was great each morning. We ate at the hotel for two evenings and the food was divine. One of the nights we ate at the potted lobster and that was also 10/10 for a fish restaurant we couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend it 👌 👍

We only stayed for two nights - there's lots of history there and we really enjoyed the castle, beach and church. Delicious food readily available and we're planning to return for a longer trip as lots to see in the area.
Lovely location and very peaceful. Beautiful views.
Well equipped and nice touch re welcome items ie Coffee, Tea and dishwasher tablets etc
Not sure if this is standard or we just got lucky!
Towels and bedding good quality and comfortable.
We all slept well!
Lovely views from all the rooms and a warm place which was cosy after a dog walk along Bamburgh beach.
Constant Hot water was fab too.
Kids room was really cute and a great way to make the place a 4 adult / 4 child occupancy.
The location is perfect - right across from Bamburgh Castle , the sea - historical monuments and beautiful church. Seating outdoors and behind hotel is just wonderful for enjoying the beauty of the village, flowers and passers by and the atmosphere inside is lovely clean and modernised . our room was luxurious and had everything you would need for comfort ! Beautiful large bed and a bath! Heaven .
Perfect accommodation for our family holiday. We loved that you could see the beach from the front door (just a short walk across the road). Great communication from hosts, spacious, clean cottage with all amenities we required. Location was ideal for a short drive to Bamburgh and Seahouses. Lovely quiet seating area outside the cottage too.
Bamburgh under canvas was a delightful and a well located escape from the businesses of daily life. The views were spectacular and the Yurt was well thought thru with some little luxuries to enhance the holiday. Loved that we had a hot shower with complementary soap. We would definitely recommend Bamburgh under the canvas!
Location was perfect.

Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. We also had an evening meal at the hotel and this was great. Lovely food, good bar and all of the staff were excellent. Really helpful and courteous, despite it being pretty busy. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel.
Location, spaciousness, facilities… complete things like washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove , Henry ( love Henry’s in Uk) every cottage we stayed in and hotels seem to have Henry’s, cute face… the product made a hit I guess and great sales….
Hotel is perfectly located in beautiful Bamburgh. Has been recently refurbed and rooms are clean and comfortable. Too many dogs in the bar area and breakfast wasn’t the best (cheap sausages, bit cold) but overall a pleasant stay.
The cottage is excellent. A short 6 min drive from Bamburgh and perfect for my needs. I did meet the owner, who was most gracious and helpful. Facilities good, very clean and perfect for a single or couple as a base.
A lovely cottage quite near the wonderful Bamburgh castle and coast! Peaceful location. It had everything we needed and was clean and stylish. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
A well equipped, new, light and airy house. Outside decking and seating gave us a good view of the old quarry cliff face and the nesting birds. view of Bamburgh castle.
The location is fabulous with views to the sea and Bamburgh Castle.
Choice of local pubs and restaurants, but need to book restaurants as very busy.
Private parking.
