Warm, clean and comfortable but breakfast was very very basic and diy. I felt that value for money was not good. We had a change of circumstances which ment we could not travel on the Friday(booked Friday and Saturday night) but had contacted them and asked if we could change the dates to the Saturday and Sunday night instead. They said no that they were not going to do that that booking would not allow it so we had to just turn up on the Saturday having paid for the Friday and Saturday. Meanwhile we made another booking for the Sunday night and guess what happened… they gave us the same room we had been in!

Interesting place with range of ages of buildings.
Interesting place with range of ages of buildings. Lots of food outlets, looked good. Manor Hotel very faded glory: avoid.
Bus to Nottingham or Derby runs all night because of the airport. We went bus pass to Nottingham, very well worth a visit. An attractive town that could do with a good clean.
Best fabric shop my wife has seen in this country. Rolls of high quality end of line from local mills for sod-all! We brought back 2, but will be going again no doubt.
Very close to M1 and A50 so very easy to get to.

Time has caught up with the hotel since the advert was written. Sadly, my room was no longer 'bright and modern' and the shower definitely wan't a 'power shower'.
The thermostat wasn't there. The room was cold.
The TV remote had two parts mission.
The carpet was 'suspect'.
No hand soap. When asked, the hotel had "run out".
Tea and coffee was provided, but no milk. I had to go back to ask for some.
IKEA coffee mug still had a dirty sticker on the bottom.
Bathroom was.... not perfect.

It was one of the best airport hotels we have stayed in ! The location is spot on we left our car with them for the week at a very good rate. The departure was a 5 minute walk and we are in our sixties no problem. The hotel is only a short walk to the airport which makes it ideal.
We have stayed a number of times, normally we book in for a night before we travel and the car is parked for the duration of our trip, this is normally booked through Holiday Extras but I omitted to to book for our return night therefore did this through Booking.com. Only disappointment with this was I had to pay an extra £5 for parking that night of our stay.

Great location to our final destination, reasonable price for what you get but carpet made the room so much older than it could’ve been. Really friendly welcoming receptionists both on arrival and exit!

We stayed at this hotel en route to the Alton Towers. The beds were comfortable and clean.
The restaurant was very accomodating for the evening meal and the staff was brilliant.
Leisure centre was good, we enjoyed the swim with our kids and sauna/steam room facilities also. Jacuzzi was a bonus, really.
The room was quiet and we had a good sleep.
Parking space close by.
Beautiful property in a fantastic location, Sally is lovely, very welcoming, helpful and communication was spot on. We stayed in the Kings Quarter room which is lovely and spacious with the most comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean, nothing at all not to like about The Keep and we will always stay there for future visits to Castle Donington, highly recommend.
We had a pre over night stay before flying, along with 8 days parking on sight. Brilliant check in and parking of the car. Lovely bar area and comfy room. Short walk to East Midlands Airport terminal. Staff all very pleasant and hotel spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.
Proximity to East Midlands Airport was good. Which was the main reason for staying at this hotel. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. We had breakfast which set us up for the day. The staff were friendly and helpful and there is a bus directly to the airport from outside the hotel.
The whole hotel looked new/refurbished. Room was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped, and full with food. They even kept alternative milk, which we use normally. It had a coffee machine, with different pods as well and fruits, breads, joghurts jams eggs etc
Really loved our stay
Really lovely hotel with excellent staff and facilities. They really wanted their guest to have a good time and we did. Thank You. Special thanks to the chef Johno (not sure how to spell his name) he was the breakfast chef and such a lovely man
Probably best buffet breakfast I've ever had.
Room very spacious and comfy.
Large TV
Dog friendly hotel everywhere.
Lovely location next to river.
Cosy lounge area.
Staff very helpful and warm.
Good restaurant food and selection of drinks.
The room was a good size and was very clean. I did find a parking place at the hotel which was good. The hotel is well located in Castle Donington. My door access codes worked with no issues. The breakfast area was tidy and well stocked.
Room was clean, had a loveseat sized sofa. Very quiet considering how close to the airport it is. However, I could hear the people in the next room. Close proximity to Donington Park and, as I was there for the races, made it OK.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities were as we expected for what we paid. Reasonablly priced hotel in east Midlands with easy access to Dearbt, Nottingham and Leicester that allowed us a reasonably priced overnight stay
Nicely decorated property in a nice setting walking distance from the shops & restaurants in Castle Donington. Very comfortable beds, beautiful outside space & garden. Highly recommended
We chose this hotel because of its competitive price and closeness to the airport. We have stayed in other days inn and find the staff helpful and the rooms comfortable.
Immaculately clean!! Food was also delicious. You cannot fault this hotel 1 bit and if you're considering staying then please do you will not be disappointed
Handy for Donington Park superbikes. Loved the bath after a cold day out. Very efficient staff. Decent evening meal, with good breakfast. Easy parking.
