Lovely reception staff. Great attitude to dogs. Public parking was ok, but Corby is variable in terms of safety. Nice modern hotel.

The staff are amazing, and there is nothing I can complain about.

We had wonderful staff and they were amazing ,especially Melissa who went above and beyond for me,on the night and she’s such a lovely girl.
A cooked breakfast isn’t available,we only found this out on the day of check in that a continental breakfast was the only selection...
I would have liked a bigger selection for the continental breakfast ,it wasn’t well stocked,my guests were disappointed, and hungry,
although we did leave to have a breakfast at a local weatherspoons

Hotel was too far outside the town centre.
Hotel was too far outside the town centre. To walk to the centre was 40 minutes. Nothing much to do around Corby. Had to rely on transport from my friends.
I wouldn't be in a hurry to return to Corby. I will be staying in Northampton 30 minutes drive away or in Birmingham 1 hour drive away next time.

Corby is more or less an industrial place.
Corby is more or less an industrial place. There is absolutely no interesting points in the town itself, apart from an incredible skatepark, Europe`s largest. Nevertheless, there are many interesting sights in driving distance. The small villages in the area are just adorable.

The hotel is more of a place for workers ie factory workers are put up in this hotel and contract workers and this is fine but for the money I paid it is over priced and for the room I was given breakfast was cold even with the heater lamps on the food
This property was absolutely amazing. The owners are extremely accommodating and offer a wealth of knowledge about the area and all of England in general. When I arrived at the property I was greeted by the owners, they had bread, butter, milk and fresh jam in the fridge waiting. Moat Cottage is located conveniently near both Kettering and Corby and not a far drive from Rushden Lakes making the location perfect for someone who wants to see a bit of everything. The village is charming and the property was everything I hoped for and more.
Great breakfast, staff from start to end very friendly.
Property is now starting to show its age (carpeted lifts 🤷♀️) room was clean and functional, thankfully good soundproofing as the main road out front is treated like a race track very early to very late (when did I get so old).
Sad to see the decline of Corby most likely COVID and council rates related, little in the town centre even by 21:00.
The reception I received on arrival was firs class, the room was smart and comfortable. The dinner downstairs in the bar was if anything, too much food. Great location of you have to be in Corby, not too far from the town centre.
The staff are all really nice, nothing too much trouble. I was very pleasantly surprised by the Raven.
The room was clean and lovely comfortable bed only problem was we stayed in room 9 which our windows backed into the carpark directly as you exit the hotel we had people at all hours outside our window chatting laughing drunk and banging on our window they congrated outside drinking and smoking
From the moment we arrived, we were treated as 'important guests' help with the luggage, to the room. Beautifully styled room. Cleanliness was immaculate. The hotels facilities were amazing. The dining room, hss everything on offer for breakfast. We decided to stay longer
I have stayed here several times and know I will get a clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price.
The location suits the purpose of my visit and the free public parking just round the corner is a big plus point.
The hotel is always spotlessly clean
This is a very comfortable , reasonably priced hotel on the outskirts of Corby. The room was comfortable and large, with a modern shower room. Reception very helpful, and with breakfast included, it is good value. Decent parking as well.
Arrived at the hotel & it was fully booked.
The receptionist was rude & said we had to ask booking.com for a refund.
Still not received refund after 9 days!
Never booking into the best western Corby again!
Sort your staff out!!!
Good value for money. Free parking in local streets. Very convenient to town centre shops and resources. Beds room had all you need including kettle and ironing board/ iron. TV. Bed a bit hard though!!
Could check in and leave when I wanted, many thanks to Barry and Diane. Nice and quiet location, betwixt Kettering and Corby. Milk/butter/coffee/tea and a loaf of bread provided by hosts.
Very nice place to saty in,clean, tidy, quiet and close to all what I need when I am there.
I have been there 2 times and going back again next week.
I highly recommend Corby Guest HOUSE.
Have previously stayed at The Saxon Crown Hotel and have always found the rooms to be very spacious and clean.
The staff in general are very pleasant and helpful.
The location was perfect for our needs. We were in Corby visiting family. It is a nicely furnished house and is ideal for a family stopover if visiting the area
