The Breakfast was fantastic and freshly cooked. The Location was great, not on a main road. With on street parking.

The location was perfect for the events we were attending at the weekend.
The bed was very comfortable, even though it was a large double and we had requested twin beds.

Everything! The property was stunning including the surroundings grounds. The Hall has been refurbished to a very high standard and has a wonderful, homely, yet opulent atmosphere. We loved that there are some original features remaining including the kitchen ovens etc

Excellent accommodation. Ema and the members of staff are fab. Wonderful place to stay. Fully recommend as we are staying again, in a weeks time, for the umpteenth time 👍
Plenty of places to eat. We didn't go out to try nightlife bit there was plenty pubs/clubs within walking distance of apartment we stayed in. We visited for my hod daughters parents wedding blessing & would like to go back again as we didn't get the chance to have proper look around. If you stay in one of the apartments there's plenty of shops & also Tesco is close by. We were told a little about history of Goole & would have like to have ground out more. Hopefully will be returning to visit my god daughters family again end of April for 80s night which charter club is organising

Goole has plenty of industrial areas and docks..
Goole has plenty of industrial areas and docks.. Wouldn't say its a place to have a holiday, but where we stayed was peaceful. Unfortunately not many places to take dogs for a walk. The river side overlooking the cottage we stayed in was a dog walking path, but it wasn't very long. Blacktoft nature reserve does not except dogs, Eastington pond nature reserve does except dogs. Good shopping area in Goole Town.

Realy nice big house it was clean & comfortable.
Realy nice big house it was clean & comfortable. The host was realy nice & helpfull. The bed was realy comfortable bathroom nice & clean . But the toilet seat was a bit wonky. The breakfast was realy nice .
Very clean apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee and sugar were provided. Perfect as a base for working in Goole. Bed was comfortable and very little outside noise. There is a shop and take-away next door with a good-sized supermarket a five minute walk away. Plenty of on-street parking. The walk to the centre of Goole only takes 15-20 minutes, so was able to leave the car when going to work.
The host's instructions on accessing the property were concise and directions there easy to follow.
It's a quite and good place to stay. Apart from the fact that the host was a nice person, the people nearby are also nice and welcoming people, from the BURGER SHOP MAN who made a delicious ITALIAN PIZZA for me; he also charged my dead phone for me. I can never forget how the GROCERY SHOP LADY helped me charged my phone for more than 2hours with her charger the second morning because I wasn't with me charger and I needed to boost my phone. Humber is a home away from home.
I was looking at more renowned brands but gave this one a go. A hidden gem I must say. About 10min drive away from Goole. Would happily pay more for it as it's very much like a home. The room size would easily accommodate a family of 10 :D Cosy, nice, warm with great bathroom. Nice hosts, I always think highly of Yorkshire people as they're my favourite. If I ever come back to Goole will pop in again.
The hosts at the property were exceptionally welcoming & said if we needed anything extra just to ask. The apartment was very cozy & comfortable & good value for money. The location is just a short walk from town centre & close to Goole train station. Would recommend & definitely go back again
Everything was as I would have wanted it wnd that's never the case , was meet and made to feel very welcome once again most places try but I felt it here the whole place I'd lush my apartment was amazing, seriously if you are staying in goole stay here xx
Very friendly breakfast waitress, great breakfast, really clean and comfortable, good sized room. We were attending an event locally and this was the first time we had been away for over a year, good to find somewhere more individual than a premier inn!
Comfy bed, immaculate warm cosy. friendly host loved the wildlife outside and close walk to river.
Plus there was a hall close selling jam and apple juice
And the bus was opposite plus jimmys taxi for 15.00 into Goole was really great and reliable
This place is wonderful, I liked how it felt very homely, it's not just like a hotel where there's the bedroom and a bathroom. Theres so much space and I like how they had tea, coffee and sugar there and plates, pots and pans so you can cook!
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely cooked breakfast. Easy access to the town. The staff were very quick to sort out a problem I had with the shower which I really appreciated.
