View was good, The bar manager Clair, was fantastic, very professional and very friendly.
I only stayed one night because visiting friends. Not far from Hockley is Battlesbridge, there is an amazing antique centre there, well worth a trip. Stay in the Isabella Rooms B&B, it’s lovely and you’ll save money compared to Southend accommodation or Lee-on-Sea, both of which are a short drive away.
