The location is absolutely stunning! It’s so so beautiful and the animals were so entertaining for my 4 year old daughter. The tent was spacious and clean and the facilities were the same. Love the honesty shop and all the little touches on site. It’s so lovely, already booked to come back! Thank you

The staff at the hotel were wonderful especially Bethan who went above and beyond in booking our room and making sure we had what was needed. We stayed in the China room which was tastefully composed with hand painted furniture and a pagoda style bed. The Juliette balcony was truly beautiful being opened up to the evening sun.
Lockys is a part of the hotel that serves breakfast to those staying at the hotel and is a restaurant to all including the wider community in the evening but if you do plan on eating then it is advised to book.
We had a table booked for 7:30 and was first seated among a large host of different guests so was greatful to be moved to a back room which was quite and comfortable. The hotel welcomes dogs and children yet there is nothing for any child of any age to play with inside or out?
Dogs are allowed to coming into the restaurant which can be an issue to those who have allergies or have a fear of dogs. Its also not acceptable to have dogs barking and growling inside a restaurant in my opinion.
My only thought for the awful service was because of a new batch of restaurant staff who I’m only assuming had no experience of hospitality .I had asked if staff were allowed to keep there 10% gratuity added to the bill as I have had previous experience of employees never seeing this and owners keeping there tips and was pleased to hear that this does in-fact go to the staff on that night but did point out this is illegal to add any percentage to the bill and was then told it was optional.
The food was of the same pricing scale as living in the South of England but for Wales did seem pricey and deserts were extortionate. Offering a short menu I would have expected this so call awarding winning restaurant to offer exceptional food but was bitterly disappointed. Sadly chips are chips and by cutting a potato into a new found shape only detracts from what they should taste like. The salmon was over cooked and the pulled pork was not fresh that day.

Whilst there are some good dining options in Narberth, the noise from the Plas hotel fills the town, which explains why so many of the hotels in Narberth feature sound proof rooms. There are so many way nicer places in Pembroke

Narberth is a clean, attractive, small town with mainly small independent shops, several eating places, pubs, an art gallery, theatre and a medieval castle. It has a friendly relaxed atmosphere. There were a couple of car parks and some street parking in the town centre.

What an amazing town.
What an amazing town. Many boutiques, antique shops, food outlets restaurants cafes in the idyllic town centre of this historical place. You have to go inside the door of each premises/ store and discover what they sell as the outside may not bare any resemblance to beyond their front door.
The quality of food served in all of the restaurants cafes etc appear of a very very high standard and it makes you want to spend more time to treat yourself. There are some stunning walks and historical locations to visit there to. There are numerous pubs within a short distance which vary from your usual local pub with good beer, there’s pubs with bands, there’s a pub which has karaoke. All of which give you a great welcome. Wish we spent a week. You can make a visit to Narberth however you wish it to be. Quiet and tranquil or get into the shops fab cuisine and the pubs. We will definitely be returning.

Narberth is a must if visiting Pembrokeshire and you want a day away from the beach. A variety of shops, cafés & restaurants. My recommendation for lunch although you can't book is Ultracomedia, Spanish deli & café serving authentic tapas.

Lovely clean bedroom. Bed very comfortable.
Lovely clean bedroom. Bed very comfortable. Little touch with shampoos, soaps, cotton wool balls for make up etc. biscuits and chocolate on arrival. Dog bed, bowls, biscuit and towel for our dog.
Breakfast was fantastic with great views. Milo and Charlie were lovely and great with our dog. Lastly the staff and Emma, were brilliant. We would stay again. Very luxurious and worth every penny.
Overall an exceptional hotel and all interactions with the staff were first class and welcoming. The food at this hotel is exceptional. Evening dinner is a testament to the skill of the chef, his brigade and the front of house staff. We will be returning and have urged Michelin to undertake a long over-due visit. Anyone who is thinking or teetering on the edge of booking, do so now. You will not regret it. We have stayed at most similar hotels across the world, this hotel stands out as amongst the best.
Wow! What an incredible gem of a place and location for exploring beautiful Pembrokeshire. The bird house is stunning and has everything you need and more with so many little touches that just made it the best holiday we have ever had in the UK. The owners were so welcoming and friendly - even helping to charge our dead car battery and dropping off a newspaper with recommendations with places to explore. In fact we loved our holiday so much we asked to extend our stay!
The property served as a great base from which to enjoy that part of Wales. The house came fully equipped with everything that we needed and it was well situated in Narberth so that we were only a stones throw away from the shops.
Whilst the property is essentially attached to a pub this was not as big an issue as we had feared although you do get customers from the pub outside the front door and windows smoking which was a bit disconcerting to begin with.
Fabulous B&B close to all of Pembrokeshire's theme/parks/attractions and beautiful pristine beaches. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The site is clean, well maintained in a beautiful scenic location which is not too far from the motor way. Offers glamping and camping as well as rooms within the farm house itself. The children's playground and variety of animals were a welcome bonus!
We stayed here as a family of 4 plus our little dog. The property is lovely and in a lovely area and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and on hand if we needed anything. It was very peaceful and plenty of space for the children and dog to have a run. The location is great for travelling around Pembrokeshire and visiting local beaches. We would happily stay here again.
Beautiful place and a lovely friendly welcome from Emma...and Milo and Charlie, the dogs. Nothing was a problem during our stay. We will be back, as it was a wonderful luxury to be able to stop off there due to Ferry cancellations and delays. Lovely trips into nearby Narberth and Tenby. Pembroke at its best.
Great location for Sayndersfoot beach, Lesley was very helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for her. Facilities were great, hot showers, flushing toilets, good honesty shop. Pitches were well spaces apart and the facilities at the yurt were fine. Really enjoyed the bbq too.
Gorgeous hotel with
period features. The staff were lovely and welcoming. We were lucky
to be upgraded
tina suite with
ample space and even a terrace. Our stay was very
comfortable with all we needed.
They
catered well for vegans at breakfast and the food was fresh and delicious.
Fabulous, friendly site with good facilities and very fairly priced honesty shop. Hassle free camping in the yurt and the children had the best time making new friends. Nearby Narberth had some lovely eateries and shops and only 20
A comfortable and spacious room, clean with nice furnishings and friendly staff. Within 15 minutes walk from the train station. Was very happy to stay in Narberth as came for a festival. Narberth is a lovely town to visit.
Lovely old hotel that would've been quite grand in its day. Our room was large and comfortable with a decent sized ensuite. The breakfast selection and food was great. Good position in a great town.
The room was lovely and had been set up for us as a family to stay. We also had a dog friendly room which was perfect & had plenty of space. The staff were all very helpful & breakfast was delicious!
We found the location ideal to travel around to the different areas of West Wales that we wanted to visit. The facilities were really good for what we needed, we would stay again!
