The location to both Town and Wrexham General Rail station, as well as the Racecourse was superb. The Staff was nothing short of top notch as they were kind, courteous, helpful and genuine. The value for what I paid was even better.

Breakfast is excellent, plenty of food and we had a dinner at here. It was very delicious and big plate.
Fantastic service from beginning to end. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities - the food was amazing as were the spa facilities and the cleanliness was second to none. I have already booked again. Fabulous weekend!

Great pet friendly hotel in good location.
Great pet friendly hotel in good location. Comfy beds and nice rooms. Good spa facilities and nice bar for lunch and evening meal. Breakfast was a little limited as the food wasn’t refreshed but think this was due to a lack of staff. Check out was slow but there was an issue with other customers that caused the delay. Would stay again as fabulous for dogs.

The staff were very good and attentive.
The staff were very good and attentive. The hotel description of the rooms is different from booking.com as they describe as economy rather than standard alas over £200 for a Saturday you should expect better than very basic. No sleep on our 1st night as every creak from above could be heard. Moved rooms even worse put over toilet block so could hear the hand dryer every time it was used. Eventually moved to decent room late at night and slept

The garden was beautiful, but the experience overall was disappointing. No tables clearwd at breakfast , not attentive . Young bar staff, no knowledge of the drinks .spa , no bathrobes, basic room , no mini bar or room service . Beautiful house and gardens but service lackingd attention , spa had children in it and was not relaxing . Food was good.
We really enjoyed the country style pub at this hotel and the breakfast was superb in the Palm court restaurant with buffet and Al a cart options, the Sunday carvery was really good with lots of choice also in a beautiful setting, in fact it was such a lovely hotel that we booked again the day after checking out. If you are looking for a great spa break this hotel is perfect. Ps the massage at the spa was well worth the money. Looking forward to returning very soon.
The service in palm court was amazing as was the food at both dinner and breakfast. The hotel itself and rooms were beautiful decor and finish, the smell around the corridors was lovely and every little detail had been thought of.
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were friendly . I asked to be allowed access to my room early due to attending a friend's wedding and my room was ready for my arrival.
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing. They looked after me and my dog perfectly. We had a great time and will definitely be going back. Thank you
Lovely hotel. Amazing food. The Palm restaurant is stunning. The hotels gardens are also really lovely for a stroll. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Clean and comfortable. Pleasant desk staff. Hotel restaurant was beautifully presented. Great sauna, particularly well received after a long week on the road.
