The hotel couldn’t have been in a better location for airport travellers. Joined to the terminal by a covered walkway. Breakfast is included and was very good . The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Perfect stop before an early morning flight out of Stansted. After a long drive from Oxford, we enjoyed a drink outside looking across the cricket fields, followed by a beautiful dinner (well worth the drive). The staff were friendly and happy to chat.

Comfortable and cosy! The rooms were beautifully decorated and a very reasonable size! The staff were lovely and could not have been more accommodating. I particularly liked how the rooms were accessible from a side entrance which made it much easier for us returning to our rooms so late. Would definitely recommend this accomodation.

I am furious that I cannot ring Ramada as their seemingly only phone is either ringing and no one answers or saying. Out of service. Tried their head office and they insist the only phone number they have for the hotel is the same one. Nobody there could help me. The receptionist that booked me filed completely . Was offered wake up call , never arrived so I only woke when cleaner turned up , missing out on shower, breakfast and late for appointment. Asked when booking in if my car was OK where it was parked and told it was ok. Now been sent a £100 fine as apparently receptionist should have informed parking company that I was staying there. I know it was after midnight when I booked in but that shouldn't affect the service I received. Need help but cannot find out who to contact and how. A wonderful surprise after having spent the whole afternoon...
A wonderful surprise after having spent the whole afternoon travelling down to Stansted airport. The warm welcome and friendly staff immediately took the stress out of my early morning flight the next day. A drink at the bar served by charming people in a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful decor and a quick but tasty meal was just what I needed

Do not expect a 5-star hotel despite the 5-star prices.
Do not expect a 5-star hotel despite the 5-star prices. Newly refurbished premier rooms have lovely, friendly, soft beds. Using deep, fluffy carpets in very long hallways is a mistake as it can be challenging to pull suitcases over them. I only use this hotel because it is right next to the terminal, and my flights to Denmark are often ridiculously early, You get two bottles of water in the minibar. Why it is not possible to run a minibar service in 2024 I don't know.

I liked all over the stay. Staff was polite, professional and friendly. Room surprisingly big, with comfortable bed, walk in shower with all toiletries, towels. Tasty breakfast. It was a bit cool food but I usually expect cold food when is buffet style meal.

It was everything we’ve hoped for. For those planning their trip, I’d highly recommend staying there. It’s close to the airport, but we didn’t hear any airplane noises whatsoever, or any noises for that matter. I suggest you take a train from Stansted Airport to Stansted Mountfitchet, as it’s about 7 minute walk to the property, as taxi might be pricey (we paid £45 for this short ride).AAnastasiyaUkraine

Upon returning, we checked in for our quick overnight stay before heading home the next day. So much cheaper than booking an airport car park, and the hotel is perfectly acceptable for an overnight after a long flight. Breakfast was hot and fresh and sent us on our way refuelled.

Even the shuttle driver was super friendly and helpful.
