Such a lovely little town on the quay. We walked from Darts farm to the RSPB, about 25mins, then on towards Topsham, so nice walking along the sea wall, lots of benches for a rest. Little Tea shop open on Bank Holiday serving takeaway teas, So could sit on quay and enjoy the peace. The number 57 bus drops you into the centre every half hour.

Very niche but enjoyable. Great atmosphere and very relaxed... Too understand is to visit. To not visit would be your loss. So much quaintness with exceptional relaxation. Always a must for any open minded person to enjoy a quintessential day or two in fabulous Topsham.

Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns.
Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns. Located on a main train line from Exeter we were able to meet friends in the city for dinner aswell have leisurely days taking the train to coastal towns of Lympstone and Exmouth. Loved hiring some bikes and taking them along the estuary trail, on the ferry to Starcross. Lovely food options in Topsham and highly recommend the pig and pallet smokehouse

Fantastic Hotel. Comfy and homely.
Fantastic Hotel. Comfy and homely. Rooms very clean and quiet. Food both breakfast and dinner were brilliant. Staff very friendly and helpful even under pressure due to illness with other staff members. Road slightly busy but room was very quiet.
Located close to Topsham on a quiet country lane. Easy access to Exmouth where we were visiting friends. The garret was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were welcomed by the owner and the pint of milk in the fridge was much appreciated to start us off. We were delighted that dogs were allowed to stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quay House in Topsham. It is a beautiful, well equipped and very clean house and everything it says in the advert and more. Nice spacious kitchen, lounge and rooms. Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful location! I can definitely recommend this accommodation.
The hotel was welcoming with a lovely log fire and staff friendly and helpful.
I was asked at booking if I needed car space but was advised at hotel there is no booking for a car space its first come... no problem though there was pkenty of parking and the room was nice and warm.
Quiet and secluded but not far from Topsham on foot/bicycle and public transport options to Exmouth, Exeter and beyond. Tim is a kind and helpful host who will give as much or as little help as you want. Good breakfasts.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They accommodated our extra requests. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and they welcomed my friend who was living locally to join us.

Fantastic location for a short break or a holiday. The apartment was great and made our stay that much more pleasurable. Topsham is a brilliant town and has a lot going on for everyone.
Topsham is charming and Frog Palace was close to the River
It was well converted and was suitable to our needs for three adults
We could squeeze two small cars into the parking space
Perfectly located for access to Exmouth, Sidmouth, Budleigh and Exeter plus other attractions.
Very clean and Tracey and Barry were extremely hospitable.
Easy access to M5
Excellent location . It was easy to explore Topsham and also it was very easy to travel by train to both Exmouth and Newcourt ( to watch the rugby Exeter Chiefs )
The location was great for us to use as a base to explore the countryside. Excellent breakfast and evening meal was superb would recommend dining here.
