The view from our room that looked over beautiful green fields. Surprisingly there was very little road noise, considering its proximity to a dual carriageway.

There was a bath which was great. Loved the japanese style screens as curtains keeping out the lights-unique feature not seen before in UK. The staff seemed happy and when I asked fo rmilk it was never a big issue when in other hotels its 40.000 questions. So yes I liked this place as I do courses at Progressive Training. Better than all the other places I have stayed.

The room was spacious and spotless clean. The bed was very comfortable. The property was beautiful and the staff very helpful and friendly. Only stayed one night on a journey home from Stansted but would definitely come back to explore further!

Perfect location for an overnight stay after the Battle Proms at Burghley House. Early check in was fabulous as we had a nice lunch and a short nap before our evening event. Nice selection of beers and sandwiches.
The rooms were comfy, tea/coffee set up and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again.

Water Newton is a beautiful tranquil place, but easily accessible as the A1 is nearby. The river, with its lock and nearby church and beautiful old houses is peaceful, a great setting to catch up with friends and family. My personal favourite was the big willow tree right beside the river at River Nene Cottages.

Uncomplicated Check-in/out. Clean towels. Very nice food and staff. Nice green area to have dinner outside and to walk an extra round with the dog. Cozy Bar and Restaurant. Good parking facilities.
Hard to drive in coming from the north. Wi-fi out-of-order. Not nice smelling room. Spiderwebs in the lamps.on the night desks. Very dirty windows, carpets and walls both in bedroom and in bathroom. Stained bed cover. Condoms in the night desk drawer. No possibility to fully open the windows to refresh the air/breath.
