This was by far the cheapest and easily the best hotel we've stayed at during our 9 day trip through the Midlands. Room and bathroom were big, clean and comfy, breakfast was amazing with lots of vegan options (and very well labelled) and the city center is only a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

It was not a holiday or business travel - we needed somewhere to stay for a short period while work was done on our house. For tourists/leisure visitors, Booking.com should provide local information about Sandwell attractions - all the places referred to on the website are in Birmingham. Sandwell has some great places to visit - 5 Council-operated museums/art galleries/historic houses (Oak House, West Bromwich - 10 minutes walk from Headrose House); it is also at the heart of the canal system. Dartmouth Park/Sandwell Valley is a fabulous place to visit with lots of things to do. For people who do want to go to Brum, the tram will get you there in 25 minutes.

The best thing was the location to the town centre.
The best thing was the location to the town centre. There was a newsagents and mini market directly opposite handy for late night munchies.
Macdonalds a 3 minute walk and parking nearby.
Whilst not particularly cheap it was suitable for a pitstop.

West Brom has some good places to eat, cinema, clubs and pubs, BUT, it is in Sandwell, a deprived area of the Midlands and there are as many shops closed as open ( or so it seems). It is a place to pass through, or work, not necessarily visit, unless you are visiting one of the specialist clubs.

Nothing to recommend whatsoever.
Nothing to recommend whatsoever. West Bromwich's suggested motto: 'Only slightly less dirty, less dangerous, less deprived and less ugly than Wolverhampton'.
If you ever get the opportunity to avoid this miserable hell-hole, take it.
No complimentary water for those who ate disabled and need water to take medication. Also, if you prefer to pick up your food they do not cover your meals so it’s like walking back to your with an open food tray. However, if room service delivery it is nicely covered for a price. no phone in the rooms again I am disabled and from the USA my regular phone was not working properly. the safe in the was not working it says low battery. they charge for cup of cappuccino. Weird hotel I will never stay again under those circumstances.
Easy parking on site on a Thursday night. Other parking is available in the surrounding streets free of charge I believe.
Scrupulously clean everywhere. The host was on site and quite friendly. The adult features of the Hotel are mostly separate from the bedrooms - so the non-adventurous like me only have to put up with some slightly intrusive attachments to the bed frame itself to the bed itself. If anyone was being stripped and whipped to within an inch of their life, I didn't hear or see any evidence of it. Thankfully.
Absolutely amazing place hotel was immacula very clean and tidy hotel Stuff was really helpful nothing was too much trouble room was perfect clean that's what really comfortable a good supply of tea and coffee Really nice location just outside Birmingham City
Breakfast was amazing loads of choose with hot and cold food and a vegan option too
Great hotel all around
The staff were lovely, funny and friendly.
It’s cute, not a 5 star hotel for the purpose of the it’s great. My husband and I are a really exploring stage, it was great for us! the bathrooms and bed rooms were clean and nice.
The staff throughout the hotel were polite, and happy to help.
Breakfast was lovely, and fresh even though it was an all you
can eat. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were a nice
extra.
You could have as much breakfast as you needed.
The staff could not have been more helpful.
I stay in hotels all over for football and this was similar to Travelodge.
Very nice stay clean hotel , comfortable bed and quiet good nights sleep. Such very nice caring staff. Would definitely stay again because of the kindness of the staff.
