With beautiful views of the Northern Fells, Ravenstone Lodge is 5 miles from Keswick, at the foot of Ullock Pike so you can relax in the conservatory or on the terrace and enjoy some of the best Lake... Breakfast was very nice! The restaurant is a MUST. Chef James cooks wonderful meals. Sorry we went to another place our second night! The staff and owner Mike couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was exceptional. We had room #6, which was apparently a “luxury” room…it was beautiful and much larger than we expected. Bed was VERY comfortable.

Barton Hall Country House se nachází v destinaci Pooley Bridge a nabízí terasu. Askham Hall je 5 km daleko a Derwentwater 30 km. Lovely accommodation and staff. Barton Hall has loads of character. Breakfast was excellent. Nice little discovery, will definitely be back!

We where walking the Hadrians wall path and were very lucky in staying at the Lanercost Country B&B. Beautifully situated close to a local priory which was a welcoming surprise, definately worth a visit. The hostes will make sure your stay will exeed your expectations, provides excellent tips for local routes and all. Our room was very spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated, overall the best facilities we've encountered during our trip. Dinner was prepared, which we ordered in advance. Breakfast was excellent as well, would definately return once we're in the area.

High Grassings se nachází v srdci Lake District s výhledem na okolní hory. We booked this weekend away for my mum and my husband for a surprise 60th + 70t birthday treat. They both absolutely loved the stay and, the staff were exceptional. They definitely would stay again. Receptionist staff were very helpful and were very attentive, and very polite.

Je obklopený zahradami o rozloze 4 hektarů. location is perfect, Nice drive to the hotel and great walking and hiking areas near the accommodation. Both the rooms were comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Foxghyll Country House se nachází v samém srdci Lake District, pouhých 5 minut jízdy od Ambleside, a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi a neplacené parkoviště. Breakfast superb. Owners very friendly and helpful. Rooms good size and very comfortable. Great location with short walk into town. Grounds spacious and well kept. Maps, torches etc available if required.

Rydal Lodge Hotel se nachází na krásném místě u řeky, 3,2 km od centra Ambleside, a nabízí elegantní ubytování v Lake District. The place felt very homely, beautiful and located close to Mount Rydal. Breakfast service is amazing. Mark and Helena are excellent hosts. Highly recommended!

Ees Wyke Country House je elegantní georgiánská budova v Lake District, necelých 5 km od města Hawkshead. We were immediately welcomed and given a tour of the beautiful building, including the garden and the two lounges. Everywhere was kept toasty thanks to the fire places, and there were lots of books and board games available to pass the time. Our room was spacious, clean and kept supplied with lush hot chocolate, tea, etc. We had a fantastic view of the lake too. The staff were absolutely wonderful and couldn't be more helpful. Had a lovely chat with Ed one day, then Angela the next! The food was fantastic, I would highly recommend grabbing at least one dinner there, and definitely go down for breakfast every day. Wonderful selection, and exceedingly tasty. Incredibly cooked by the owner and solo chef, Richard!

I booked it last minute as I got a late start to my drive up north and didn’t get as far as I was hoping, but my stay here was a pleasant surprise and I’m so glad I got to stop here. Incredibly clean, comfortable, with clear thought put into providing anything a guest might want. Breakfast was delicious, and the view out the window while eating provided a great start to the morning. I would gladly go out of my way to stay here again.
