Located just outside the village of Spreyton, just 13 km of Crediton, East Hillerton House offers 4-star accommodation. Complimentary private parking and free WiFi are available on site. We enjoyed our time there so much. Nicola and her husband were very welcoming, it all felt more like visiting friends than staying in anonymous accommodation. The room amenities are sensational, there are bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, cream etc all available, as well as a super lovely set of snacks and teas. We especially liked the heat lamp in the shower. For breakfast you should bring some time, because Nicola prepares it fresh every morning (according to the choice you made the night before) and together with her husband takes the time to talk with the guests. The location is a very good base for touring Dartmoor. This was the best place to stay on our travels around England and if we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Set in 14 acres of outstanding natural beauty, this country house bed and breadkfast with cottages and a heated outdoor pool offers a relaxed atmosphere, professional service and luxurious... Our flight was delayed so we arrived after the restaurant closed. The owner and his wife made us welcome, even though they had closed for the night. They very kindly opened a bottle of wine and made us a wonderful dinner. Throughout the stay their hospitality was amazing. The owner would not let us walk to the bus stop, instead he very kindly drove us all the way to Sidmouth in his own car! They really could not have done more for us!

Absolutly faboulos!!! Super friendly host, great location (magical garden), very comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. I would give 20 stars, if it would be possible...

Nestled amid 10 acres of private grounds, on the southern slopes of Dartmoor National Park, this family-run award-winning hotel provides the ideal base from which to explore the natural beauty of... The food was exceptionally good. Every meal was delicious, and they were extremely cautious and accommodating toward allergies and dietary restrictions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Located in Tiverton and only 25 km from Sandy Park Rugby Stadium, ASHLEY COURT provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Fantastic place with such a wonderful legacy and Nigel was a wonderful host.

Beachborough Country House features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Barnstaple, 32 km from Lundy Island. This place is amazing. Very cosy. You can tell that it was made/designed with great care. Also Amy and Jared where so friendly. We had a lovely chat with Amy and we even got some of there chocolates to take home, so sweet!

Serenity Estate, a property with barbecue facilities, is set in Berrynarbor, 34 km from Lundy Island, 35 km from Royal North Devon Golf Club, as well as 35 km from Westward Ho!. Really friendly and nice owners who made us feel very welcome . Amazing location, with a beautiful big garden with outdoor seating and playing outdoor games and with a BBQ Which we used.

This Grade II* listed property offers a separate self-catering one-bedroom cottage within the 16th Century thatched farmstead. We didn't have breakfast. Everything was fine. Host was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.
