Offering a garden and garden view, Drumlochy B&B is located in North Kessock, 9 km from Inverness Castle and 9 km from Caledonian Canal. I was so happy I booked here with Diane and John and not right in Inverness. The location was very relaxing, with parking right outside my private entrance. It was in the country, yet very easy to get around the area and into Inverness. The bed was the most comfortable one of my whole trip, and the bathroom was large and bright. I really appreciated the small refrigerator in my room and the kettle to make tea. Diane was an exceptional host and thought of everything I might need. Breakfast was amazing!! I loved visiting with Diane each evening. Freya, their dog, was so well-behaved and friendly, and she made me feel right at home. Also enjoyed visiting with the cat, the horses, and ponies. My thanks to Diane and John for providing a welcome lodging for the first 2 nights of my trip.

Heathfield Highland Estate is a group of 4 cottages situated in Invergordon. The property features garden views. Very peaceful. Well equipped cottage.

Featuring a garden, bar and views of mountain, Crubenbeg Country House is set in Newtonmore, 47 km from Blair Castle. It is located 8.8 km from Newtonmore Golf Club and provides luggage storage space.... The bed was amazing! The house was clean from too to bottom! The hostess there was so nice and friendly. She went above and beyond in everything. Breakfast was truly great! If I ever go back to Scotland this will be a must to come back to and stay. Truly we both did not want to leave!

Everything was ideal starting with the house manual and a curated list of recommendations for activities, attractions and places to eat in the area. the breakfast was tasteful and one of the best on my visit to Scotland both the variety and quality/authenticity. Host is very welcoming and supportive.

Situated in the hamlet of Skye of Curr in the Scottish Highlands, the Tigh na Sgiath Country House Hotel is 30 miles from Inverness. The breakfast was delicious the salmon was the best I've had, it was lovely to play chess over a few drinks in a good ambient atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and accommodating I would highly recommend

Coul House Hotel is set in the hills above Contin and offers scenic views and an award-winning restaurant. What a unique, off the beaten path, experience staying at the Coul House Hotel!! Stuart, the owner greeted us warmly from the moment we arrived! He was so kind and conversational with my family! Every meal was absolutely delicious. We adored the fairy garden walking trails on property. The owners and staff obviously take great pride in their work and really know how to take care of people! We also appreciated the use of two E mountain bikes on site that we could rent. Stuart mapped out suggestions for single track trails and a fun stop at a waterfall. My girls wanted to go swimming in a local Lock, so they helped us with directions and they even supplied us with towels! One afternoon, my girls just sat under the gazebo drinking tea and playing chess. The Coul hotel was a highlight of our trip and we will recommend to friends and family visiting the Highlands.

Set in Rogart and only 20 km from Dunrobin Castle, Burnside & Jocks Cottage on the Blarich Estate offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Lovely setting. Peaceful. Great place for a large group of friends. Was met by host when we arrived, everything explained. We had a great time.
