Godshill Park Farm House ligt aan de rand van het kleine dorpje Godshill en biedt een selectie van huisjes met eigen kookgelegenheid en een herdershut. A super half term stay with our dog and the kids in Pheasant Cottage. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed, although a high chair would have been handy for our almost-2-year-old. The location is great as a base for exploring the island and the farm is so nice and quiet. We were treated to a tour of the farm and the animals, as well as Kathy’s wool and loom (I’m a keen knitter/crocheter so bought some yarn). They helped us to get a cheaper ferry ticket to and from the island and were always quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend and be happy to visit again!

Set in 4 acres of landscaped cliff-top gardens, Luccombe Manor Country House Hotel shares its panoramic position with sister hotel Luccombe Hall. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. In het hotel was de hond zeer welkom. Handige zaken voor hondeneigenaren waren prima geregeld, zoals handdoeken bij de deur om je natte hond af te drogen. Voor hondeneigenaren was een aparte serre, ook met mooi uitzicht. Prima. Ontbijt was uitstekend.

Albert Cottage Hotel is voorzien van een restaurant en accommodatie met een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Osborne House ligt op minder dan 1 km. Unique, interesting history. Great location and setting. The food was exceptional and very good value
